Building on the success of last year's festival, the 2009 Oxford Music Festival is here!!!
The Oxford Music Festival showcases the amazing musical talent we are fortunate to have in our area. All acts feature local musicians, and lots of original music. The goal of the festival is to promote the local music scene and gain exposure for these talented local acts, and also to bring fans to support local businesses and the local economy.

Good news!! We have completed the framework for the 2009 Oxford Music Festival and are working to secure bands and other details. This year's festival will be spread over three nights, with the kick-off held at Proud Larry's on Thursday night, and culminating in Friday and Saturday shows at the Lyric.
We still have plenty of t-shrits available from last year's show, so drop an email to info@oxfordmsuicfest.com and we can make sure you get one.

The 2008 Oxford Music Festival has come and gone, and overall was a resounding success. We had a good turnout both days, and no problems to speak of.
We want to thank everyone involved, especially Proud Larry's, The Lyric, Austin's Music, Lazy Magnolia, The Local Voice, Honest Tune, and Rebel Ride, as well as all our other sponsors, and most of all, the loyal volunteers who helped make it all possible.
We also want to send a special thanks to all the fans who came out and supported local music. The amazing music scene that defines Oxford would not be what it is without you and your support. Thanks!!!!
Congratulations to Tom Speed, who won the raffle for the Tanglewood acoustic guitar that was donated by Austin's Music.
